We prioritize our team's well-being and generally don't encourage exclusively nighttime work. However, we recognize that individuals have different preferences, with some being early birds and others preferring evening hours. We're committed to finding a flexible overlap in working hours that suits both you and your remote staff.
Your remote staff will work in your preferred time zone. Full-time team members work 9 hours (including a 1-hour lunch), and part-time team members work 4 hours daily.
Having your remote staff work some hours while you're offline offers valuable benefits. It allows you to delegate independent tasks, empowering your assistant to manage them autonomously during those times. This fosters trust and efficiency in your collaboration.

Your dedicated account manager oversees your remote team's work. We provide a 90-day on-site training period to establish company culture and facilitate direct feedback. We trust our team to be productive, and their output will reflect their work. They also report their start and end times to the account manager daily via messaging.

Our team members are looking for longer-term opportunities, so our minimum placement duration is one month.

All new team members have a three-month probationary period. During this time, you can terminate their engagement with just 7 days' notice. After the initial three months, a 14-day notice period is required.

You only pay for the hours your remote staff works, so you don't need to cover sick days or holidays. Of course, you're welcome to offer paid time off at your discretion.
Whether your virtual assistant works on public holidays is up to you. However, please note that some staff may request time off for Philippine public holidays.

While we offer a wide range of design services, there are certain types of projects that require specialized skills or resources beyond our current scope. To ensure we deliver the highest quality and efficiency for your needs, we kindly ask that you steer clear of submitting requests for:
• Logos & Branding: Creating a strong logo and brand identity requires in-depth strategic planning and design expertise. We recommend connecting with a branding specialist who can delve deep into your brand story and develop a cohesive visual language.
• Extremely intricate or fine art illustrations: These projects often demand specialized techniques and artistic vision that we may not possess.
• Advanced photo manipulation: In-depth photo manipulation projects might be better suited for specialists with dedicated tools and experience.
• Digital painting and game assets: These require specific artistic styles and technical considerations outside our usual design realm.
• 3D/CAD projects: These involve specialized software and knowledge that we don't currently offer.
• HTML, CSS, UI/UX design: We focus primarily on front-end web design and updates, and don't offer website development or coding services.
