Day 1 - Discovery Call & Consultation
You book a free discovery call or contact us via email, telling us about your e-commerce business and your needs.
We'll discuss your business, platform (Shopify), challenges, and goals. We look at your workflows, pain points, and growth plans.
Day 7 - Candidate Matching
Staffing Recommendations: We will present the proposal with recommended number of remote staff and the specific types (e.g., graphic design, social media, or e-commerce VA) required to effectively support your e-commerce operations. We will also detail their integration into your existing workflows to ensure your confidence in our approach.
Pre-screened Candidates: We provide you with pre-screened candidates who match your needs. This includes candidates with the specific skills and experience relevant to your platform and business.
Client Interviews & Testing: While we provide pre-screened candidates, we recommend that you conduct video interviews and any necessary testing to ensure they are the right fit for your team.
Day 10 - Onboarding
Dedicated Account Manager: Your dedicated account manager will ensure a smooth and successful experience by:
Overseeing the onboarding to make sure every step is clear and efficient.
Ensuring clear and consistent communication between you and your remote staff.
Company-supplied laptop: We will provide your remote staff with a company-supplied laptop that has extra security measures and ensures they have a dedicated computer for their work.
Onsite Support and Collaboration: To ensure communication workflows are set up and immediate training and feedback are given, your remote staff will work onsite with your account manager, Karen, for a period of 90 days. After this period, the remote staff can transition to being fully remote.
E-commerce Onboarding: We provide a smooth, e-commerce-focused onboarding, including:
Gathering business information, platform access, and brand guidelines.
Introducing you to your remote staff and setting up initial meetings.
Establishing communication workflows and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Monday, ClickUp).
Training your remote staff on your e-commerce systems, processes, and Shopify platform details
Day 14 - Support in Action
Implementation: Your remote staff begins working on agreed-upon tasks.
Ongoing Collaboration: Your remote staff works as part of your team, with regular communication, updates, and problem-solving. To establish company culture and address any concerns, we encourage you to meet with your remote staff regularly, even once a month.
Integrated Team with Direct Communication: Your remote staff will function as a direct extension of your team, maintaining open lines of communication for updates and issue resolution. To further integrate your remote team and address any questions, we recommend regular meetings, such as monthly check-ins.
Specifically for graphic design needs, we can provide a lead graphic designer to oversee and manage complex projects.
Account Manager Support: Your dedicated account manager will provide continuous support to you and your remote staff, ensuring effective collaboration. This includes:
Regular check-ins to monitor progress, gather feedback, and ensure your satisfaction.
Supporting your remote staff with questions, technical issues, or resources.
Facilitating communication and problem-solving between you and the remote staff, ensuring alignment and resolving roadblocks.
Ensuring service quality and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
Day 14 & Onwards - Feedback and Growth
Performance Tracking: We track the performance of your remote staff to ensure they are meeting your expectations and maintaining high productivity. This includes:
Task completion and timeliness.
Proactiveness and resourcefulness.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Adherence to workflows and processes.
Regular Check-ins: We conduct weekly and monthly reviews to discuss progress, provide reports, and optimize our support to meet your evolving e-commerce needs and growth goals.
